rcconf fails to run

This is the same bug as: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rcconf/+bug/1089724

whiptail is installed yet rcconf doesn't see it.

"sudo ln -s /bin/whiptail /usr/bin/whiptail" solves the issue.
