how to convert a .bin file to a .iso file?

I tried using bchunk with filename.bin filename.iso and filename.bin filename.cue filename.iso but with no luck.

Using the former I got no error message, but nothing happens, using the latter I get:

"Could not open CUE *filename*: no such file or directory
