Abrowser spell checker language defaults to Dutch (Netherlands)

Description

The Abrowser spell checker is defaulting to Dutch (Netherlands), and there is no English option available.

By the way, this is using: http://jenkins.trisquel.info/makeiso/iso/RC/trisquel_8.0_amd64.iso

I should note this only appears to happen on the "LiveCD" - when "Try Trisquel without installing" is selected.

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
