Nautilus desktop file has deprecated mime types

Description

Warning in file "/usr/share/applications/nautilus-folder-handler-extra.desktop": usage of MIME type "x-directory/normal" is discouraged ("x-directory" is an old media type that should be replaced with a modern equivalent)
