mate-tweak should list "Trisquel" as one of the layouts

If you open up mate-tweak and select "Interface", the list of Layouts offered does not include the default layout "trisquel". It should include that.

Yes. In fact, as far as I can tell there is no way to return to the default configuration once you have switched to an alternative.
