''Toutatis'' is a long term support (LTS) version, which will be supported until mid-2017, getting security updates until 2017. It is based on Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin).
From this version forward, all future Trisquel releases will also be LTS.

The distro has two editions:

This version features a brand new look. Rhythmbox has replaced [http://www.exaile.org/ Exaile] as the default music management application.
In this version, only English and Spanish languages are installed by default on the CD iso, to conserve disk space. All other languages can still be installed after booting into the desktop or downloading the DVD iso.
All of the editions support both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.
