The latest version of libreCMC is available for the GL-inet GL-X750 that was mentioned. I have just flashed libreCMC on a GL-X750v2 (the version that is currently being sold) and it works fine. The modem is in QMI mode, setup following instructions at https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wan/wwan/ltedongle worked without any issue.

I understand that this device has a main CPU and a module for 4G. I think that libreCMC only replaces the software that run on the main CPU (which also handles wifi), not the software that runs on the 4G module. There are some explanations on the software that runs on the 4G module at https://themodemdistro.com/about. They call it "modem firmware" but I find the distinction of "software" and "firmware" rather arbitrary, I'd rather say "modem software".

If you install librecmc then the 4g module does not work?
If you install librecmc then there is no non free software on the router?

Do you know if installing and running torbox.ch on the router is an option? I am looking for a free software router able to run torbox.ch. Thank you.

The 4G module still works, it has another processor that is independent from the routeur processor.

The 4G module still runs non-free software.

Most likely no. libreCMC has packages called tor, tor-basic, tor-gencert, to-geoip, tor-resolve and torsocks, so it probably supports using TOR. However, you would need to find out the proper configuration by yourself. Usually, the documentation of openWRT (from which libreCMC is derived) is applicable to libreCMC, so you could have a look at https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/tor/start
