How long does it usually takes for the trisquel developers to answer emails?

So, a couple of weeks ago I've decided to become an associate member by setting up a regular monthly donation. It went through successfully, and the message told me that the forum badge will appear shortly, and contact the administrators about the other benefits (like the USB drive, email alias, etc). This, I did, through the websites contact form however I have yet to receive an answer, and, as can be seen here, the badge also isn't active yet. So, my question is, what's the usual time it takes for the admins to reply?
