How can I connect to other devices via bluetooth in Trisquel 8?

Like for example playing music from an external speaker via bluetooth

Install Blueman

sudo apt install blueman

Cool, I got it to work with the BlueDevil package :)

Are there any performance differences between the packages or do they just different GUI/UX?

BlueDevil brings KDE dependencies. It's big.

Blueman is for MATE. Small in size.
